I bought this luggage recently - about two months ago. I've been using luggage like this for years to transport groceries by bus - the last one I had lasted me a couple of years. Before that, I had a backpack on wheels that took all sorts of abuse & lasted even longer.
But this - this was a complete waste of money. In less than two months, one of the wheels wore out completely and is now useless. Since I lost my receipt, the store where I purchased it won't take it back or even give me a credit.
Since this design (like so many others) prevents anyone from replacing the wheels - I just tossed my money in the garbage - where this piece of garbage is going!
