also....not good customer service from tommy bahama on replacing or returning...don't buy it....never buy it....horrid, horrid bag.....i think i am stuck

Bought the biggest carry on bag for my daughter and ordered a checked-baggage sized one for my girlfriend.
Totally disappointed in the quality. Again, one word: "CHEAP"!!!
